Kanji.Jepang.org provides kanji data, vocabulary data, sentence examples, browse routes, and practice features for educational purposes. You are allowed to:

• Use all content as personal learning reference
• Browse, read, and quote kanji data with proper attribution
• Share site page links for educational use

2. Prohibited Use

To protect service quality and other users, the following actions are prohibited:

• Aggressive automated scraping or mass data access without written permission
• Disrupting, damaging, or attempting to exploit site systems and infrastructure
• Using site content for activities that violate applicable law
• Copying or reproducing content in part or full without attribution and permission
• Manipulating practice features or statistics to disrupt service or create public misrepresentation

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Content on Kanji.Jepang.org falls into two categories:

• Editorial content: site structure, layout, intro text, metadata, and curated materials are intellectual work of Jepang.org
• Open-source source data: kanji and vocabulary data comes from multiple open-source projects (including kanji-data) under their own licenses

4. Attribution & Licensing

Before reusing data from this site, note the following:

• Check each source-data license before commercial use or redistribution
• Practice results, local statistics, and UI presentation are not separate data licenses for automatic reuse
• Reuse outside source-license terms is fully the user’s responsibility

5. Changes & Service Availability

Kanji.Jepang.org may at any time:

• Update, modify, or remove content without prior notice
• Modify site structure, features, or functionality
• Change reference-page scope, practice features, or local-statistics storage as needed
• Temporarily or permanently suspend part or all services for maintenance

6. Limitation of Liability

We work to keep content accurate and useful, however:

• There is no guarantee all data is fully accurate, complete, or up to date
• Content is not intended as a substitute for official sources for professional or academic use
• Practice features and statistics support learning habits, not official certification measurement

These terms are governed and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes arising from site use are handled exclusively by competent courts in Indonesia.

If any clause in this document is found invalid or unenforceable, that clause will be modified as needed and all remaining clauses remain in full effect.
