普通は、id属性とname属性に同じ値を割り当てます。（訳注：異なっていても構わないが便宜上同じ値を割り当てるという事）

Usually the id and name attributes have the same value applied. (N.B. Not because it matters if they differ but just as a matter of convenience.)
